Can I order in bulk for my boutique?+
Yes! Use the wholesale inquiry form and our team will get back to you with a price list.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards, UPI and other methods shown at checkout for your country and currency.
Can I pay in my local currency?+
Yes. Choose your currency from the selector; you will be charged in that currency when the payment method supports it.
Products
Are the garments ready to wear?+
Yes. All our kurtas, sets, dresses and tops are fully stitched and ready to wear.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?+
We photograph every design carefully, but the shade may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings.
Returns
How do I return an item?+
Go to My Orders, open the delivered order and choose "Request a return" within 7 days of delivery. Some items are marked non-returnable on the product page.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?+
India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days within India and 5–10 business days internationally with Standard shipping, or less with Express.
Will I pay customs duties?+
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be collected by your local customs office on delivery. They are not included in our prices.
Sizing
How do I find my size?+
Every product page shows the garment measurements (bust, length and more) for each size. Compare them with a similar garment you own; if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
