Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from India within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

  • India: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express).
  • Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand: 6–10 business days (Standard), 3–5 business days (Express).
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain: 5–9 business days (Standard), 3–5 business days (Express).

Shipping charges depend on your country, the parcel weight and the method you choose, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping thresholds, where available, are also shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, re-shipping charges apply.
